ABOUT THE PROJECT 

Project Title: Let's develop entrepreneurship education together

In the project participating countries students are still confronted with a general school curriculum which, for the most part, values competences that are insufficient for life and the workplace in the 21st century.

  Coping with the complexities and uncertainties of a globally competitive economy requires skills that are often indicated as applied skills, cross-curricular skills, transferable skills, transversal skills, soft skills and are deeply interconnected with key competences. The acquisition of these skills is considered of particular relevance in the participating schools, which have a considerable number of students at risk of social exclusion, and whose catchment areas are in a difficult economic situation.

  These skills are the same ones that will enable students to become active citizens who can contribute to solving some of the most pressing issues we face in the 21st century (competitiveness, productivity, employment opportunities) and all of these skills can be developed by entrepreneurial education.
